Tiered levels ranging from beginner, intermediate, advanced and pre-professional levels of recorder playing. Workshop will present recorder repertoire from the medieval, renaissance, baroque to contemporary ensemble playing.
Please bring lunch, a music stand, water bottle, a pencil and your recorders.
Christ Church Concert Music Festival

Beautiful chamber music in the intimate settings of our historic Christ Church and Stanbridge Hall. Four separate concerts over the day. Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy in the church gardens between the morning and afternoon concerts.

Un hommage à Notre-Dame de Paris

TRILLO is delighted to invite you to a special concert dedicated to the precious historic monument Notre-Dame de Paris. On the 15th of April, a fire broke out beneath the roof of the 900-year-old cathedral. While the world witnessed this historical landmarks physical destruction, musicians around the world reflected on its significance in the history of western music. Although some of the structure was destroyed, the musical history surrounding the cathedral is very much alive and can be re-created (even on the other side of the world) with our historic instruments and playing styles.
Trillo - Music upon a Ground

TRILLO is delighted to invite you to an afternoon of Music based upon a ground. If you've ever wondered what a 16th century 'jam' session sounded like... this concert is for you!
We will be performing from some ancient written sources as well as adding a bit of our own improvisations and flare. We will also be explaining and showcasing the Renaissance & Baroque instruments we use.
